Eeva-Leena Eklund: Paintings

Bambies, the palm trees of paradise beaches, kittens and E.T. all appear in Eeva-Leena Eklund‘s paintings. The colour spectrum is like that of a candy store, as her collections of paintings cluster on the walls of the exhibition space. Eklund’s themes originate from her collection of postcards, toys and candy wrappers. And she does believe that “any subject is worth painting”.
